Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven 1099 Consultants to join our team on a project basis. As a consultant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver tailored solutions in areas such as HR strategy, organizational development, change management, payroll administration, and compensation and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and business objectives, and develop tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to the successful execution of consulting projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Payroll Administration: Provide expertise in managing and optimizing payroll processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the client’s business goals and market standards.
  • Strategy Development: Provide expert guidance in areas such as HR strategy, organizational design, change management, and business process optimization.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough research and analysis, and present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with BNX team members and client stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of solutions and support effective change management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our consulting methodologies and client offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR consulting, business strategy, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, or related fields. Prior experience working as a 1099 contractor is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MHRM) is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Expertise in payroll administration and compensation and benefits strategies.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPP) are a plus.
  • Tools: Proficiency in payroll software, compensation management tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), Applicant Tracking Software (Workday) and HRIS systems.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
